Class Pass Policies

Class passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

All passes have 6 month expiration, unless otherwise noted.

A series begins the day your first class is taken.

We will allow one two-week extension per series due to travel or illness with prior notice.

Extensions over two weeks will be considered for medical reasons only.

No extensions will be given for the Unlimited Plan. No refunds. Should your series expire, we will prorate your series according to a single class rate of $18.

The Studio Maui Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to two weeks before the start of a workshop, training or event, has a 50% cancellation fee, and a 50% refund by check or in-store credit. Check refunds may take up to 2-4 weeks and store credit can be issued immediately.

Any cancellations within two weeks of the start date, the client will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, and issued a 50% in store credit only.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the workshop, has a 100% cancellation fee.
